Welcome to Domer! These Terms of Service cover how you can use our AI creative studio. By using Domer, you're agreeing to these rules.

What This Means

Using Domer means you accept these Terms. Don't agree? Then unfortunately you can't use the service.

What Domer Does

Domer is an AI creative studio for making images and videos. Here's what you get:

  • AI Image Generation: Text-to-image, image-to-image, and more
  • AI Video Creation: Turn ideas into short videos
  • Fast Processing: Most stuff finishes in under a minute
  • Credit System: Pay for what you use, no subscriptions required
  • No Watermarks: Downloads are clean
  • 10 Free Credits: Try before you buy

Your Account

What You Need

To use Domer:

  • Sign in with Google (we don't see your password)
  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Give us accurate info
  • Keep your account secure

Your Responsibility

You're responsible for:

  • Everything that happens under your account
  • Keeping your login secure
  • Telling us right away if someone else gets in

Credits and Payment

How Credits Work

  • Each generation costs credits (amount depends on what you're making)
  • New users get 10 free credits to start
  • Credits don't expire (use them whenever)
  • Credits are non-refundable (except when required by law)

Pricing

  • Credit packages available for purchase
  • Prices shown in USD
  • We might change prices with 30 days notice
  • Sometimes we run promotions (lucky you)

Paying for Credits

  • Stripe handles all payments (secure and PCI-compliant)
  • You need valid payment info
  • You're authorizing us to charge your card
  • Failed payments might pause your service

Refunds

Since this is digital stuff:

  • Credits usually aren't refundable
  • We'll refund if:
    • Our system broke and you didn't get what you paid for
    • We charged you twice by mistake
    • Someone used your card without permission
  • Ask for refunds within 14 days of purchase
  • Email support@domer.io for refund requests

What You Can (and Can't) Do

You CAN use Domer for:

  • ✅ Personal projects and fun stuff
  • ✅ Social media content
  • ✅ Non-commercial projects
  • ✅ Commercial use (if you own the rights to what you upload)

You CAN'T use Domer for:

  • ❌ Uploading images/videos you don't have rights to
  • ❌ Making illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • ❌ Impersonating people or creating fake content to deceive others
  • ❌ Violating anyone's privacy or intellectual property
  • ❌ Harassing or hurting people
  • ❌ Creating deepfakes for malicious purposes
  • ❌ Using bots or scraping our service
  • ❌ Trying to copy or reverse engineer our AI models
  • ❌ Reselling our service

Who Owns What

Your Content

  • You keep all rights to stuff you upload
  • You're giving us temporary permission to process your images/videos
  • We delete uploads right after processing
  • You need to make sure you have the right to upload what you're using

Our Content

  • Domer's AI models, code, and design belong to us
  • Don't copy, modify, or redistribute our service
  • Our logo and branding are trademarked
  • Generated results are yours, but follow the rules above

Third-Party Content

  • You're responsible for getting rights to anything you upload
  • We're not liable if you upload stuff you shouldn't
  • We'll remove content if someone proves it violates their rights

Service Availability

We Try Our Best

  • We aim for 99% uptime but can't guarantee it
  • Service might go down for maintenance
  • We might limit or pause service if needed
  • No refunds for downtime (sorry)

No Guarantees

Domer is provided "as is":

  • Results might not be exactly what you expected
  • AI quality depends on what you give it
  • Processing times are estimates, not promises
  • Features might change or disappear

Our Liability Limits

To the max extent the law allows:

  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months
  • We're not responsible for how you use generated content
  • We're not liable for third-party services (Google, Stripe, AI providers, etc.)

Privacy and Data

  • Your privacy matters to us
  • Check our Privacy Policy for the full picture
  • We process images/videos and delete uploads right after
  • Account data is stored securely

How to Behave

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not abuse or overload our service
  • Not mess with other users
  • Report security issues to us

Break these rules and we might suspend or ban your account.

Ending Your Account

If You Want Out

  • Delete your account anytime
  • Unused credits are gone when you delete (no refunds)
  • Stop using the service after you're done

If We Boot You

We might suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Break these Terms
  • Do something fraudulent
  • Abuse the service or other users
  • Don't pay for credits
  • Haven't used your account in a really long time

Getting terminated doesn't mean you get credits back.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms sometimes. When we do:

  • New version gets posted here with updated date
  • Big changes get announced via email or banner on site
  • Keep using Domer after changes means you accept the new Terms

Changes to the Service

We can:

  • Add, modify, or remove features anytime
  • Change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Update our AI models and how stuff works
  • Set usage limits if needed

Think someone's using your copyrighted content on Domer? Email support@domer.io with:

  1. Description of your copyrighted work
  2. Where the infringing content is (URL)
  3. Your contact info
  4. Statement that you believe in good faith this is infringement
  5. Statement under penalty of perjury that your info is accurate
  6. Your signature (physical or electronic)

We'll investigate and remove it if it's actually infringing.

Disputes

Try Talking First

Got a problem? Email support@domer.io and let's work it out before lawyers get involved.

Arbitration

If we can't sort it out:

  • Disputes go to binding arbitration (JAMS or AAA)
  • Location: Your state (if US) or online
  • No class action lawsuits
  • Small claims court is still an option

Exceptions

Arbitration doesn't apply to:

  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Requests for injunctive relief
  • Stuff that legally can't be arbitrated

Which Laws Apply

These Terms follow Delaware law (USA), without all that conflict of law stuff.

Using Domer Outside the US

Domer is based in the United States. Using it from elsewhere means you agree to:

  • Follow your local laws
  • Accept data transfer to the US
  • Understand we might block access from certain countries

If Part of This Breaks

If a court says part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

The Whole Deal

These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Domer.
