Due to the nature of AI-generated digital services, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refund Cases

We may provide a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Billing errors caused by our system
  • Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as intended
  • Purchases made but never used
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
  • Requests made after credits have been substantially consumed
  • Services that have already been delivered
  • Subscription periods that have already been used

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous charges.
